Returns Policy

Hausformer® Returns Policy - Effective Date 11/01/2025

At Hausformer®, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Returns Policy is in accordance with English consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Your Right to Cancel

 

Under English law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason. This cancellation period begins the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

You must provide your order details and a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

2. Returning Your Item

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect (see Section 4).

• Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• If the item shows signs of use, we reserve the right deduct a reasonable amount to reflect the diminished value.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Item(s)

 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges and return postage costs. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item by contacting our customer service team:

5. Exclusions

 

The following items are excluded from our returns policy unless faulty:

• Customised or personalised items.

• Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery (unless faulty).

• Perishable goods or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

6. Your Consumer Rights

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under English law. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can seek advice from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
