These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase and use of our foldable Reformer Pilates machines and related products (“Products”). By accessing our Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site and services.

2.1. Hausformer reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of our Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

 

2.2. The Products available on our Site are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized resale or commercial use of our Products is strictly prohibited.

 

2.3. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

3. Orders & Payment

 

3.1. Order Acceptance

• All orders placed on our Site are subject to acceptance by Hausformer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

3.2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available on our checkout page.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

3.3. Order Processing & Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify our acceptance of your order but confirms that we have received it.

• You will receive a follow-up email once your order has been dispatched.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

4.1. Delivery Timeframes

• Current estimated delivery times for Hausformer Products are 4 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase. This may vary due to demand, supply chain disruptions, or logistical delays.

• We will provide updates regarding your delivery status where possible, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

4.2. Shipping Fees & Locations

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• We currently ship to select regions. If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact us for possible shipping arrangements.

 

4.3. Delivery Issues

• Hausformer is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• If an item is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 

5.1. Return Policy

• Customers may return their Hausformer Reformer Pilates machine only if it has not been used or damaged.

• The Product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

• The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

 

5.2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the Product.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will process a refund within 14 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.

• If the Product is returned damaged, used, or in unsellable condition, Hausformer reserves the right to reject the refund request.

 

6. Product Use & Liability Disclaimer

6.1. Intended Use

• Hausformer foldable Reformer Pilates machines are designed for personal fitness use only. Any modifications, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may result in injury or damage.

 

6.2. User Responsibility

• By purchasing and using our Products, you acknowledge that physical exercise, including Pilates, carries inherent risks.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in suitable physical condition before using our Products. If in doubt, consult with a qualified professional before use.

 

6.3. Limitation of Liability

• Hausformer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our Products.

• We do not provide medical advice, and our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.

• Hausformer shall not be responsible for injuries caused by improper use, failure to follow instructions, or failure to ensure the equipment is properly assembled and maintained.

6.4 Storage & Safety

​

The HAUSFORMER is designed to fold for convenient and compact storage. While the unit can be physically stood upright when folded and securely clipped, HAUSFORMER Ltd does not recommend, endorse, or encourage upright storage under any circumstances.

Storing the product in an upright position presents a significant risk of tipping or falling, which may result in injury, damage, or harm. For safety reasons, the product must be stored flat when not in use.

By purchasing and using this product, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

   •    Any form of upright storage is undertaken entirely at the customer’s own risk.
   •    HAUSFORMER Ltd accepts no liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the product being stored in an upright position.
   •    It is the sole responsibility of the customer to store the product safely, securely, and in accordance with the storage information provided.

Failure to follow the recommended storage instructions may result in personal injury or property damage, for which HAUSFORMER Ltd bears no responsibility.

 

7. Warranty & Repairs

 

7.1. Warranty Coverage

• Hausformer Products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

 

7.2. Warranty Claims

• If you believe your Product has a manufacturing defect, contact our support team with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.

• If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

 

7.3. Exclusions

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, modifications, commercial use, or failure to maintain the Product properly.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

8.1. Trademarks & Copyright

• The Hausformer name, logo, branding, and website content are the exclusive property of Hausformer. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

 

8.2. Website Use

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without prior written consent from Hausformer.

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection
